We're Kristen and John. We plan trips for families who have something worth celebrating: a honeymoon, a 40th anniversary, the year three generations finally go somewhere together. We've traveled six continents ourselves, and we plan every vacation the way we'd want ours planned. We start with the occasion, the people going, and the budget that's real for your family, and build the trip out from there. The small things are handled: seats together, passport names checked, dining windows opened the minute they open, a birthday noted with the ship before you sail. There's no call center. You get Kristen or John by call, text, or email, from the first conversation through the day you get home, and our planning never costs you a fee.

Just went on a sisters' trip on the Disney Dream, and Kristen and John made it AMAZING. Their knowledge is mind blowing. I asked a lot of questions, and they answered them all for months leading up to it. And they responded so quickly! This was my first Disney cruise, and I have 2 little ones I left at home for this one, so it was also sort of a trial to see if it's right for my family. Kristen and John GET IT when it comes to families. I enjoyed this cruise, but then they have firsthand knowledge of the other cruises, so they gave me the 411 on how others compare for my 2 and 6-year-olds. I can't imagine booking a vacation without them now. Just magic!
